Error running "run_me_first.bat"
« on: October 02, 2003, 04:54:04 pm »
All 6 files are in the same directory and I tried moving them to the C: root directory.  When I run the .bat file in the command prompt it says this:
<  was unexpected at this time.

Pleeaze HELP ME!!!

It seems there are quite a few people that are having problems assembling the files. You can either try to make it work or save yourself a lot of trouble and just download the entire assembled .exe file.

You can get the complete file here: http://www.fragnetics.com/download.php?file=planeshift

I just hope for you that you have a fast enough connection to download this at an acceptable speed.

Ya, and if your connection can\'t handle the compiled file, there\'s a couple of other things you could try.

Firstly, redownload the run_me_first.bat file, replace the old one and try to compile.

If this doesn\'t work, download the MD5 signature checker from the download page and see if any of your .part files are corrupt. If so, you\'ll have to download that part file again.

Good luck :)
