Can Not play when My husband is playing
« on: October 19, 2003, 09:58:27 pm »
My Husband and I share a DSL account.  When he is playing I can not log in.  Is there something we can do to fix this?

We never had this problem with EQ /SWG  or Camelot

I think the server only accept\'s one connection from the client per ip adress.

in that case you cannot play at the same time.

i don\'t think there is a solution to this but i\'d like to hear the oppinion of others on this one.

According to my hubby.  We have 3 linux machines 1 is our gateway DSL server, Mine, and His.  He says you are only seeing the gateway server machine so we really only have 1 IP address.

the only ip adress the server can see is the one that is directly connected to the internet.

so the internal adresses are not visible outside of the network.
