Warlord... I hope you have permission to use that image and have not just lifted it off the site. the people at Allakazam\'s have that image coppyrighted and use it for merchantdizing(sp)... i could be wrong but if i were to guess... they would be quite angry their money making image is being used if they didnt give permission.



i do have to admit though... that drawing is one of the best ive seen especialy from EQ. the Gnome with earth elemental... clasic image. still though it is a great image, ide ask about it with the guys that run the site.


*EDIT* wrong site name.. i got them confussed for a sec.. it was Caster\'s Realm that uses that image. http://eq.castersrealm.com/menu/magician.asp  

i aint telling you how it is or that you cant use the image.. i just think it is a good idea to ask them to use their work. i would hate for a simple signature to cause leagal troubles...

i was just wondering, is it legal to take images like that, and edit them in photoshop, add them to other images and stuff and come up with your own thing, would they have anything to be mad about?

No i think not if it\'s copyright! but actually who gives a f*ck I don\'t I break copyright all the time!

ps. did I have 2 ask permission to use the enkidukai in my sig then??

and I think using it as a sig would be ok as long as U don\'t edit it. and if it is who cares! use it anyway!! it\'s cool (but isn\'t the staaf a bit too large  for that lil guy??)

well i dont think PS team will sue you for using it as a signature, unless they have something really big up their ass =/

but i dont want to get on any1\'s nerves in stealing pictures, (that wont stop me from stealing anyways, but still), just for general knowledge

its not like he\'s saying its his.. or making a game and putting this image in use.. its just a sig.. who cares..
if they will get mad, he can add an extreamly small ? at the lower right =/

I doubt that anyone (besides the highly talented photoshop people) arn\'t breaking copyright things for their sig....  My sig at BBB has a ragnarok sword, with invert color(if anyone didn\'t notice)

even highly talented photoshop artists use ready made pics for their sig, and modify them..
except for maybe web and graphics designers, when they make their sig they try to keep it simple.. for example, this is my most favorite sig ever :
