Description of the bug: Title screen and menu screen are experiencing graphical glitches. As soon as I move the mouse on a button is flickers.

I get also this problem. I think it\'s due to lag so frame per seconds rate is no enough high to cope with incoming packets. You can try to wait a moment until the client is able to handle them or restart PS.
