Have you saved all the files (including the reassembler) in the same directory ? Are their size and md5 correct (refer to the download page) ?
You have to save the run_me_first.bat on your disk and run it from there, the common mistake is that most browser will propose to directly run the program from the internet cache.
Add a line with the \"pause\" command at the end of the reassembler DOS script (run_me_first.bat) and tell us if there are other error message before the \"0 files copied\".
