Erm, I am under the impression that the races in Yliakum )Bah, I never spell it correctly) are united, or at least allied. The system of government, from what I read in the setting, comprises of the citizens of the entire stalacctite.
A stalactite, by the way, is one of those crystal formations that are long and pointy and hang down from cavern walls. I believe stalagmites are the same, except they come up from the ground. I may have mixed the two up, though.
Anyway, if the many races can manage to live under the same government, I would think that they do not have wars. I think that there would be several cities tht are made of multiple races, such as Hydlaa (I think),but there are a few, and only a few, \'pure\' cities. That is my impression, at least, but I get this from the fact that many years of cohabitation would allow two species to live in peace next door to each other.
