Ive Fallen and I Cant Get Up

I got outside the walls and followed the road till it ended. I fell off and i cant get back up. Who do i need to contact to get back on the playing field?  Thanks in advance for your help.

run the updater.exe (if you didn\'t yet), then connect to game and type \'/spawn\'
