Hardware acceleration???!!!

When I first tried to start the game, the screen turns yellow and says, \"No Hardware Acceleration!\" and then it doesn`t move.  Please help!!!!!!!

Can you post your computer specs?  Speed of comp, Ram, graphics card, operating system, etc. would be useful.
