this is an expansion of the dream world/sleep concept
basically it comes from a concept i stumbled upon ages back....some ppl who have been in a coma have said that they were having a long dream where they had to accomplish something (be it find someone, get somewhere etc) and once they had accomplished this goal they would wake up from the coma
so i was thinking...maybe have some kind of quest where someone gets stuck in the dream world (a coma could be induced by a savage blow to the head) and cannot wake up until they complete a quest in the dream world
