I don\'t know what do you mean by \"fully accepted\". WTBs have access to all internal information and resources. And there are far more WTBs than members.

WTB, dev... hm.. on the whole, the only difference is the name... A WTB has the same amount of work to do as a full member and also has the same deadlines... main difference is that a member stayed at the team for a longer time then the WTB.

Perhaps I\'m wrong now but isn\'t every WTB a dev too ?
the correct ranking is: WTB -> member -> department leader -> Admin
I guess when most people are speaking about a dev they are thinking about a member, becourse there is not evan a dev rank :p
Personally I think that developers means the entire team, also the WTBs. Also WTBs are developing something... And my rank is, as tangerine already said, WTB

@tangerine/grono... I guess grono meant a prospect... (a prospect isn\'t an accepted dev... he is doing some work and if he is good he become WTB)

let me see... at the moment I\'m on my 8th task in only four weeks means every dev is working hard at the moment but I have still the wallpaper and and kwartz\' mirthins in mind wich I promised so long time ago, ...and I will finish them once I have more than ten minutes spartime :p
