Looks nice. It's good to see more 3d art around. I especially like that you've taken the time to UV-map your mesh, not everyone can do that.
Tips:
- I'd lose some roundness on the handle in favour of lesser face count.
- Some shading and highlights could be drawn into the texture, especially in the blade, to gain more realistic metal look. Can use real world blades as a reference.
