Not wishing to sound overly rude, (At least you posted it in the Hydlaa Plaza as opposed to \"Technical Help\") but this board is all about planeshift. You probably will have better luck on a Project Entropia-centric board.
In answer to your question about finding which video card you have: right click my computer and go to properties. then got to one of the tabs, called hardware I believe, and then you click device manager and it shows a list of everything. Look under the category called something like video devices and it will show the graphics card or cards that are installed in your machine. As for the Window$ logo testing, screw that and tell it to continue anyway (It should give you that option I think).

P.S: I\'m a linux guy myself however I do work with Microsnarf windows occasionally (have to write this message on windows since the keyboard blew on my other computer) so all the instructions could be wrong, but I take no responsibility if these instructions blow up your computer, invite your mother in law for an indefinite stay, leave dirty socks on the coffee table, put kool-aid in your fish tank, etc.
