Contracts/Bountys
« on: July 15, 2004, 01:59:56 am »
I suggest being able to contract out killings or place bountys on a specific person or guild.

Say you where a wealthy merchant, but you where a poor fighter and kept on getting pk\'d by someone, you could contract out a specific player to kill that person who was pking you earlier. Or you could place a bounty which would be available to everyone to act on to kill that specific player or members of that guild.

This could moderate PKing  somewhat. Of course there would have to be rules. Contracts can\'t be placed on players under a certain level (protect the noobs), contracts can only be placed on criminals/pkers at certain level (limit the amount of contracts taken out to those serious level pkers) and make it a high cost (allowing for pooling of resources though).

This was discussed before. I took the time to note most of the topics already done. But must know that there is no simple walk up and kill anyone. You have to ask permission to battle so the whole contract killing thing is out of question ubtil that is chanegd (And most liekly won\'t be but some things may arise from it.).

iyt would be a good idea but lets just say you have a rivalry against a really really rich guild and they put a bounty on your guild and the second its completed they simply place another one...............

It is easier to hate than it is to love.
