The Lag Monster

Is there anyway to reduce lag in game.For some reason when i go into buildings i lag so much more than when im in the open. Is there anyway to fix this or am i stuck being attacked by the \"Lag Monster!\"

Please search the forums, there are numerous discussions and theories about lag. Most likely this thread will be closed :P
