You live in an abandoned building (Location Unknown), which looks run-down from outside, but inside is a thriving library, constantly growing with the events of Yliakum. You send your members everywhere in Yliakum to observe the People and the Guilds.
Your role is as watchers, so you remain unaligned. The first law your members must follow is never to interfere. In fact, if you are discovered things can get messy. You can try to escape but an angry guild leader might not want his secrets in your library...
