what if say, we hire some of your guys like 10 times, will we get like a free one, or a discount? maybe the more time someone hires someone from your guild, tehy could get discount like so

0-20 jobs = standard
21-50 jobs = 10% off
51-90 jobs = 20% off
following this pattern until its free
or
 it can never be free and after X number of jobs it will stay at the same price, 75% off, 50%off etc

this would probably attract more customers and would mean more mullah
