A lil irc help here ppl

a lil irc help here ppl,

I downloaded hirc (because its free) and went to irc.freenode.com and typed /join #planeshift. as i geussed this was the command to join (lucky geuss) and then i got this message

\"#planeshift You\'re banned from that channel\"

Now unless they have a time machine and banned me in the past for somthing i do in the future im lost for words because this is a new account on a new client pleases help.

I think all AOL addresses are banned... well, that was the rumour anyway.

So your saying because AOL discuises my IP for safety to me it prevents me from accesing IRC for safety for everyone else?

Hmm, it is a possibility...and maybe hirc is screwy luwy too...in the end I blame Xordan :D
