Help Ive got a problem, whenever i go to create a character i can type in a name, but then i get the following pop-up

If nothing in there works I would recommend simply re-installing PS to see if that helps.

Try W98 compatibility on the .exe. If it doesn\'t help, try re-downloading and re-installing (delete the current files), as has been suggested.
