ARG!! HELP!! download for game wont work :(

ok i download the game (for windows), i tried a couple diffrent mirrors+locations and i get the same thing evrytime...the download finishes then a message comes up saying somthing like \"wondows cannot open this file becuase it doesnt know where it came from or what created it\" (somthing similar) then it asks me if i want windows to search for the program that created it itself or for me to pick from a list...i tried to let windows do it but it sent me to soem wiered website and i dont know what to do....then i tried to select it myself and i tried everything...internet explorer documents anything nothing works...i have no idea what to do can some one plze help PLZ lol ty for ur help too

Did you download all of the files and then run the Run Me First file first?

ummmmm idk...i just clikced the mirror thing clicked open and let it run....thast the only way i know how to do it what is a run me file? lol

Umm wow ok so you didn\'t read anything at all about how to download and read the game I see. Well then how about you read this: Step by Step guide to downlading and installing MB

It is really amazing what can happen when one spends more then 5 seconds to figure something out and does a little reading.

hey the other post in technical problem i did was deleted and i need the link for the full game again moogie....my comp froze and the download was stop at like 95%.....go figure can i get that link again

There you go. And the answer to your question really depends on what you\'ll be expecting. PlaneShift\'s \"0.2\" release, (the one you\'ll be downloading with the above link), is just a tech demo. There\'s nothing in it but exploring, chatting, picking up crystals, and trying to talk to NPCs (if they\'re even there).

As it says on the download page in really big red writing:

\"Please be aware that a new version (0.3)will be ready very soon. If you have a slow connection we suggest you to avoid downloading the current 0.2 version and wait for the next one.\"

This also means that you\'ll need to download the new game version in a few weeks time. So, download MB if you wish to make some friends before the next client is released to the public. But don\'t expect a \'game\'.

edit: shouild i open it or save it? if i save it what should i save it to?
