Set up Issues

After trying to use the Setup program it came up with the error \"Fatal Error\" *Can\'t create DirectDraw device*

Does anyone have an Idea why this would happen or if there is a place I can download just the setup files?

Make sure your DirectX and graphics drivers are up-to-date.
