Will not install

I have downloaded the .exe file for installation.  When I click on it a dos type box will pop open, then disappear.

If I right click and choose \"run as\" it says \"a temporary file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to.  Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available...\"

What should I do?

Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available.

Never seen this error before, so you probably have a corrupt download. Try downloading from another mirror, and avoid using download managers (or use a download manager if you didn\'t).
