*Having taken a lot longer than she had expected, having had a hard time reading the scroll and pondering what to do, she eventually emerges from the back alleys. Closing in on the council room, she is getting more and more anxious.*

*This encounter surprising and baffling her, she fails to locate where the mysterious man has come from or gone to, when she slowly realizes the words. Shaking her head, she tries not to be scared by this, but only partially succeeds.* {Who was that now?} *curses* {It could be a trick... but that\'d be weird... why not just kill me instead... who would send someone...} *thinking of the yliaki she has gotten to know, especially of those she considers friends by now, she doesn\'t reach a clear conclusion. Vigorously shaking her head once more, she forcibly turns her thoughts back on the council, readying herself the best she knows.*

He had slipped a note in her hand, but she had not seemed to notice...
\"Now, that was child\'s play...\" he mumbled to himself

\"But now... inside...\" Sefron laughs loudly, and begins his ascent into the council chambers...

*walking back in from the plaza after looking for Thazer he more feels then hears someone is trying to enter the councilroom. Quickly going up a ladder and throught a corridor he catches Darkblade coming through a window as were it the most common way to come. Haven gotten his sabres back while on the plaza he quickly grabs them and points one at Darkblade.*

What brings you here stranger? Be gone this is not the time nor the place for interverence.

*Sefron gives Meriner a strange look. Perhaps surprised someone has seen him. Then jumps out the window again with ease. Meriner quickly runs to the window and carefully looks outside. Preparing for a knife being thrown or a stab from the shadows, but nothing happens and he doesn\'t see Sefron anywhere.

Shrugging Meriner decides to return to the councilchamber and report this strange event to Had and let him deal with it.*

OOC: #1: The character you have tried to \"catch\" is not Darkblade, but Sefron.
#2. I prefer that characters are not controlled as such,
#3. Sefron is climbing the council building, and is an expert assassin, not like your usual assassins.
#4. He\'s not entering through a window.
#5. He hasn\'t even attempted to enter the building yet...

EDIT: I\'ll put that as was on the council building, because he moved... again.
And, I don\'t feel like double-posting :)

Anyways...

Double EDIT: No double posting for me! :)

IC: Sefron stopped at the top of the building and sat down, his legs crossed.
He watched the council unfold, heard their decisions.
He had his crossbow ready.

But he also waited... for he was sure somebody would come.

....

As he saw the unfortunate being clubbed, Sefron laughed low enough to not reach the council, but enough to make people start.

How foolish was she...
A true assassin is never caught!

With those thoughts, he laughed, and settled to watch.

Monketh stands approximately 10 metres from the Chamber and calls out.
As the chief of Police, it is to my great displeasure that I must announce the posting of an additional patrol outside the Council Chamber.  Due to recent events, the security of the Council Members is questionable.  I have enlisted several of the Hydlaa guard to stand watch over the entrance.  They are not permitted to enter, and Arnigus\' guard may take action to prevent their entrance if he decides it is in Council\'s best interest.  

Men, assume your positions!

Monketh mutters something out of a spellbook, apparently something weak directed between him and the entrance.

1. Sorry editted it. My mistake

2. I only said that he came in a window and then jumped out a window. That Meriner thinks his look is strange is my interpetation

3. You said INTO the council chambers. Now taking that I don\'t think the asumption he doesn\'t go through the frontdoor is that big

5. see 3 you said INTO so accordin to that post he was. Not only into the building but even the councilchambers themselves.

Conclusion: You did post he was going inside and I think coming through a window isn\'t a big asumption. Anyhow there are no such things as the perfect and uncatchable assasin.

He\'s not even in the building, and what you\'ve written defies standard RP rules.

You are not able to control other people\'s characters.

If you had indeed, written that you had heard a sound and went to investigate, and that no-one was there, then, everything would be fine.

The point is moot, anyways, Sefron is not even in the building, nor has he attempted to enter, he just climbed it, then moved to a position that would allow him to see into the council chambers... Not that you can really do anything about that, as your character does not know that.

If I had, instead, written that he was going through the window, then you point would be fine....

But I\'m not going to argue.
Point finished, nothing happened, kapish?

No you don\'t get it. you said he was going into the council rooms, INTO. You did not mention how OK but you didn\'t say he was climbing the building and sitting ontop of it untill AFTER my post contradicting yourself in the process. Read your previous post it even says him saying \"But now... inside.. \" and now your saying he isn\'t trying to get inside.

As for me controlling your character thats not true. I made him go into a window wel yeaz. That is still within any RP-rules I ever heard of.

OOC: looking inside? through a cieling? Anyhow there are barriers around the room so you still wouldn\'t be able to hear anything even if there was a window up there.

Be nice, everyone. All is taken care of. Do not worry, all of you are being watched right now. And Everyone can hear what goes on in the room per my first post. If anything go very wrong, there is one more trick I have up my sleeve. Anyone who has read \'Chain of Souls\' may already know what that is and who the cloaked figure running around is. ;)
