The reason to have a IRC channel is to enable everyone to have an opportunity and place to chat real time if not playing the game itself.

Because I am not one who really cares to use PM on message boards and I get enough email, it seems to me that and IRC channel is something easily set up and maintained.

This will enable me not to have to be the only person supporting the guild in our leaders absence.

Furthermore, while I can take a joke, this really is a guild oriented thread where we are promoting and helping new members orient themselves in our guild. I don\'t believe that you are a member of our guild. At the very least your name does not match that of anyone in our guild.

With that, I would ask that you please refrain from your comments as to how we communicate in this thread. Maybe posting the addition of members is not needed and useless in your opinion, please refrain from further posts of this type as they are unwanted.

I am glad to join in service to the aerkensbane regiment, and I will be granting whatever services possible in the future. I will start a recruitment drive soon, as I already have a few likely candidates in mind. Also, I have seeded a login into the IRC, so it should(in theory) stay open 24/7 now. Ok, as of now I am working at the camp and will not be able to get on for most of the summer. I will however, try to get on every once in a while to check and see if they fixed the guild bug where I can not accually change your ranks. I hope to see you then, also, as I do not have time right now because I have to go take a final at school, I can not send you anything via the IRC, but I think it is a great idea, and as soon as I can I will send Liuris the password and username for our website if he desires to do anything with it. Thank you Liuris, you are a great boon to the guild. See you all later, hopefully not to long.

I think that things are left in able hands. Not that I boast but that the guild has some good people here that are willing to step up and help keep the guild growing. With my schedule it would be impossible for me to carry alone.

Sze, Ace, Zel - it was fun hunting with you last night! Hopefully in the future, we will find our hunting parties more profitable if not at least they are comical!

Kyariajain has been promoted to the rank of coronal of the army. Kyariajain has been a great asset to the guild in helping others, and leading by example. He is probably the most talented fighter in our ranks so take note and follow his lead when training with the sword!
