Ok, simply remove the \".txt\" part by single-clicking inside the name of the file and then editing it to remove the \".txt\" part.

I reDL the vfs and took out .txt and paste it into the PS folder, nothing happens!! now i have two files named vfs.cfg!! one i can open(which is text) and the other cant. This is so messed up!!

EDIT: NVM got it too work. It didnt change the format to .cfg when I change the name but when I went to Get Info(by control click) and change the name from Name & Extension catorgy, it worked.
