Wow, you people need to read the main page some more...

Like it says, every weekend it shuts down to update, fix bugs, etc.

The update was just explaining that one week, but they actually close it down every weekend if you notice it\'s Saturday one week, Sunday the next stream.

(When I quoted that, I just realised that they have some spelling issues, lol)

why, for the love of GOD, would anyone choose to close it down on a weekend rather than a weekday??  I\'m just waiting to get in for the first time, so I\'m a bit unfamiliar with things so far, but is this primarily a game for people that are at work??  Is it really solitaire is disguise??  wtf?!?  I\'ve never heard of anything this ridiculous in my life.  And i\'m an american.

I had a good character in the temple region, I quit the game to eat dinner. Came back and it would load up, and then just sit there with the loading bar full. I figured out some of the files are corrupted (art located in the temple region) so I tried updating, it udates the files, says its complete, then does the same thing, plus every time I do the updater, it updates the same friggin files time and time again, how gay is that, and i will not uninstall.


TALK ABOUT A RUNON SENTENCE. Im to lazy to put periods in :D

Will it kill you to do something else for a while? Wake up, man. You have a free weekend to actually do something productive instead of staring at a computer screen. Go outside. Run a few laps. Maybe read something. Go hang out with friends.

This isn\'t the end of the world, so raising such a ridiculous amount of noise over this issue is just that - ridiculous.

As it has been stated many times before, the devs do this in their free time. Guess when they have more free time than usual?

I don\'t know about the others, but I checked the news for any information on there being a down time, and didn\'t see anything in the most recent past.

Any one live in Baltimore U.S.?  I\'ll buy the first round.. we could do it everytime the server\'s down on the weekend!  It\'d be alot better than getting frantic.. and yes we wouldn\'t be in front of the computer.. who\'s in?

ahhh karyuu i\'m just talking in a ridiculous and needless way.  Truth of the matter is that I have a paper due on Thursday, so I can\'t help but do anything in order to procrastinate.  This has proven to be helpful in my persuit of doing the paper at the last minute.  

Being new here, I didn\'t konw that the dev\'s were voluntary.  That is pretty cool actually.

I just downloaded this game this weekend, this is the most interesting start to a new game I have had yet.

....I think it\'s just an anticipation thing.

i dont know about anyone else but from 10 to 11 that is my time on the game every night, so the server was down ALL DAY is that not enough time to fix or update the game is make me soooo mad

Anything is possible.  But It\'s not very likely.  Just be patient, this is not the first time that this his happened, and the server has always come back up eventually.  And you\'ve no right to be mad, Kevman, as you\'ve paid nothing for this game.  If it works, great!  If not, we wait.  Adding to this thread will not make the server come back on any faster.

EDIT:  oops, you beat me to it again, Karyuu.

Unless you got some spiffy control over the supernatural and work with sigils and internet servitors, begging the server to come back on the forums isn\'t going to do it. Let\'s refrain from doing that, then.
