visual C++ Library error and other problems

When the game is loading it almost finishes then the error message \"C++ Runtime Library error\" and when that doesn\'t appear the message \"something unexpected has happed in planeshift:Crystal Blue exception address:77FCC8E1, exception code:C0000005.\" does.

I checked the other forums and disabled the sound and I still get the message what should I do?

I had the same. But it didn showed up after I updated... May I ask what version of ps u have? and when u last updated?

I tried that and it didn\'t work I got the same reply.
And my ps version is 0.3.010 and I updated quite recently.
