if 27 people are online and the updaters working why cant i log on

hi all, this is my first of many threads i have wrote.

just to say,
*my connection to the internet is fine
*the laanx website says 27 peps are online
*the updater works

but the thing that actually matters dont work
I CANT LOG ON TO PLANESHIFT!:(

oh yeah how do i create an avatar

The number of players is displayed according to \"report time\".
But, the actual time is labeled as \"time\", as you can see both values differ a lot (not only seconds) that means that current time is \"time\" and the last time when the server was up is \"report time\".
To have an avatar you\'ve to be a member of the development team or a GM.

PS: Before updating, wait till the server is up completely. That way you\'ll ensure the files you get are \"definitive\" and you\'ll avoid some headaches.

PSII: In case you wondered, it seems the server is down due to an update and a wipe of the current player\'s database.

To add signature go Profile -> Edit Signature
