bit of help pls

Im not sure why but I dont have my Big bar of stuff on the top left of my screen..and none of the hotkeys will show me my stats..could some1 pls help me out?

Look for 2 Small Arrows pointing down (Uper Left Corner)

Click it

Now you can see the List of things that can have windows turned off or on like the Shorcut window and chat windo and so on.
