ok i thought a little on this and here is what i have come up with.
as we all know there is supposed to be a certain element of realismn in this game. and we all know that there are a bunch of people who would like to have pvp, a bunch that like to role play and a bunch who would do both. so :
i think that there could be a decent stretch of land inbetween each cities, ( like hyddalla and odjevada ) where it is free pvp. before you go screaming about \"what if i just want to go somewhere?\" i have this idea in mind. highwayman. think about it , these people could be classed as highway man, if they randomly attack people just travveling on the road than that would be what they would be called.
this could also link into the alignment system idea i wrote down in wish list forum. to kill a player just minding their own bussiness on the road then would be evil. unless they were an evil classed person which could also inspire the alignment wars muse i had going on too. if they were a good person a more substancial amount would be taken away and if they were nuetral then a set amount would be taken away.
this is just an idea i had. it supports the role players and the pvper all at the same time. it might have to be added to a new server for those who dissagree and would rather journey safly.
it could also link inot the idea of \"escorts\" and following a timed npc to wherever...
it might also include some stratergy for getting to places. running only lasts so long and there fore a person with 100 stamina would outrun the person that had been running for a while and had only 50 stamina.
just my idea on this to try and include everyones wants.
