CANT LOAD UP PLEASE HELP!!!!

hi i really want to play so can some1 please help me out

basically what happens is that i can get as far as making a character but when ever the game starts to load it makes it about 75% and then an error comes up saying that an unexpected error occured and that do i want to make a copy of something.  
I just cant get it to work  so pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help!!!

try going to pssetup and turning sound off. this works for most people, but it doesnt work for me , but it should work for you
