blender is very hard to get used to.  and i believe there are some smoothing bugs on it. im not entirly sure but  know that i have tried it and it has a very steep learning curve.  try wings 3d ( what i use ) , and if you wanna give blender a shot try that too.  those two are the  main ones really.

nono, i can\'t agree with this. you don\'t believe everything what the fan art guide tells you right?
they are more \'guidelines\' i think if you learn blender (lot of tutorials now) you have great profit from it. wings doesn\'t do animations and no renders so i don\'t have a clue what you are gonna do with it...
and, blender\'s modeling tools are easier to use i think, because you can use hotkeys and stuff.

it\'s true that blender has some smoothning bugs you you can avoid these easely.

if you have really cool photoshop tutorials don\'t be afraid to pm me!

no renders... i get rendering in opengl. and i have blender. i tried it but it was very strange...
my screen shots are rendered... just no back ground or whatever....
and i saw somthing about the smoothing in blender.. there was this strange outline. i dunno i find wings easier to use personnaly . but each to their own.

wings3d is easier because it\'s a much simpler tool.
blender is on a whole new league.

what is middlemb?
blender is easyer to model with because i couldn\'t find and hotkeys for extrusion in wings, and that just sucks right?
