if you click it to zoom in then you see something in the top left corner... anywho mine just fades to light after PS Hour changes... In whichever way that is possible

i pretty sure they all fade to light after hour, though this only happens when you change region or start the game

Anyways!
I havent expirienced really any of the bugs posted about... its really annoying LOL because i want to see the effects that it has... but really im glad... kind of...

well they dont work for me... my windows media player sucks... but anywho its actually kind of funny and sometimes people have posted some pretty cool ones... like Mordaans when he is on the city wall and its all colorful but not ultrabright...
