If you take a look at the player guide, it has everything you will need to know. Also ingame type /help.
As for playing the game.. you roleplay use the arrows to move, hold shift to run etc..

i figured out how to play it just wont let me on because it almost finishes loadind then comes up with an unexpected thig happened note and it kicks me off

Have you updated?

Try to be sure you have sound turned off (start->Programs->Planeshift Crystal Blue->Planeshift Setup and check \"Sound off\" checkbox), or that you are not using \"load all maps\" option (same path as above, but different checkbox).
