So there were actualy much more then 50 at that point, howrever, they were shuffled around. I know there are more then 50rats somwheres in the game atleast.
Back to the topic, yes, things will be wiped again. And again, and again. Mostly when character stats have to be altered. For example, when stats cost an amount realitive to how much skills cost, there will be a wipe.
