It would be a good idea for you to familiarize yourself with the stickied threads in various sections of the forum here, such as:

?among others. Be sure to read the Player Guide, update the game before logging in, and make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. Try to before posting new threads, either for suggestions or bug reports, and remember, you can also use the in-game Help channel for any questions in the game world - an Advisor will try to help you ASAP.

updater=super slow and i dunno how to do the thing that guy said to use the alternative and make it go faster he said something about opening it in wordpad but i dunno how to do that

I\'ve uploaded my (updated) copy of the file you\'d need to modify, updaterconfig.xml, here. Simply download it and replace your old file, in your main PlaneShift directory (usually C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue).

Then run the updater again.

Download that file to a specific location. So choose \"Save As\" or something similar instead of \"Run\" or \"Open,\" when you\'re trying to download. To make things simpler, download it to your desktop. Then right-click on the downloaded file and hit \"Cut,\" open your PlaneShift folder (again, C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift Crystal Blue) and right-click once more to hit \"Paste.\" Overwrite. Run the updater again :)

am i supposta paste it to the updater?it doesn\'t say paste when i right click again o nvm i found out what ya meant and i did it-going much faster now ty so much!
thought it was going faster but bottom bar still only at 0% top is loading pretty fast tho but only 28kb per sec?
hope it starts speeding up

yay 8% on bottom bar atleast it faster than last time

well going off forums(might b effecting updater somehow but updater still going fast)

Wel.... actually... How much computer experience do you have? Seems like you don\'t know what files and icons are. And what the menu is and does in windows when you right-click something.

You need to learn how to operate windows because a forum like this is not about that...

btw, did you read about this role play? I just mean, it\'s not the kind of game where you run about and kill monsters. It\'s an entirely different world. Just in case you expect to open the gates to war and hell and go through as a hero.. Do you know where you go today when entering planeshift? Just trying to avoid disappointment..
