Character Creation Touble

It only loads half of the character...

Get it every time, tried updating and it dose not help.

I believe this could be fixed simply by updating your graphics card drivers.

E.g., if you\'re using an nvidia card, download the latest drivers from nvidia.com. If you\'re using ATI, the recommended drivers are Omega (you can alternatively try ati.com). Basically find your card model, and download the drivers from the manufacturer\'s website. They\'re free updates :)

Make sure you are downloading the correct drivers, however! For some reason, a few individuals owning one certain model decided to download drivers for a completely different brand. Be sure you know which ones you need.

Karyuu, the newest official ATI drivers have been reported to work.  I\'d now recommend using the official ones unless you have problems with them.

The cards I mentioned in my previous post were examples. I\'m not familiar with neomagic, but you\'ll have to search around (google?) for the latest drivers.

Brand new to the game
I downloaded it today and fully updated the game
Also fully updated video drivers (NVidia GeForce)

But when trying to create a character

I choose race -- gender -- name
(Scroll bars for appearance dont seem to do anything)

But when I press either Path or Enter
Nothing happens

(Server was fully operational the whole time as far as I can tell from its statistics on the web site)
Operating System Windows XP


Any ideas what I am doing wrong -- or is it a bug.

I beleive this is the same bug as others are gettng- the server needs to be updated to accpet your client, so just hold on a little bit.
