Lost in the change
« on: January 18, 2002, 10:01:09 pm »
Good day,

Am I perhaps missing the changeover?

I was a registered poster on the old forum boards.
Now I find I had to re-register, yet when I see the member list, many have kept their old register date.

On the old forum board, I was known as LyssiahStormwhisperer. Perhaps it is a bit of ego, but I would like to see it reset to my old registration date.

Thank you
Lyris Krystalstorm

I don\'t think anyone has kept their old registration dates, have they?

All the dates are in 2002, from when this board became active.

Don\'t worry about it, no one will think any less of you for not having your original date :D

*Bows to Kada-El in appreciation*

A bit of kindness in a cold cold world.
Will it warm up anytime soon?
Only time will tell by the breezes that roll through this temporary oasis.

Too many realms inhabited with frigid souls.
Let this not be counted as one.

That was excellent!  :))  Did you compose it yourself?
When our hearts both beat in time,
There\'s magic in your smile,
It seems there\'s nothing we can\'t do.

And within your warm embrace,
My heart will find a place,
Even from afar,
Our love forever shall be, destiny.

The sword glints bright,
Shining off the florescent sun,
Upon its steel is the blood of warriors,
Those who stood have fallen,
They who have passed away will be remembered,
But what of their vengeance?

It depends on what kind of artwork you want to post. Only PlaneShift/fantasy roleplaying retaled artwork is allowed. Other things (like funny pictures etc) should be posted on the general forum.

Of course! There would be little point in posting artwork that wasn\'t PS realted on a PS board ;)

Besides it could work to your benefit, as you have included the clause that anything posted there can be used by the dev teams :)

An example of the kind of stuff I mean:

\'Unwelcome Guests...\'

Unwelcome... oh no no no no no.... very much welcome guest.

Where/how you getting these pics from Kada?... or do you compose them yourself?. Just curiouse... Although that sword and arm position is... errr painfull, not to mention not realy effective in a combat situation (ok im being fickel)... nice all teh same.

ps: - Whos ya model? :] nottin more dead sexy than Elven ears...

At the moment the original starting point photos e.g. model in a fashion shoot, come mainly from the net. These are then altered in a variety of ways to create what I\'m after, but it\'s about time I got that digital camera going :)

It does look kinda awkward, doesn\'t it. I thought it gave the impression she had just turned in suprise and quickly reached behind for her sword as an \'unwelcome guest\' just entered the tavern and she has still to adjust her grip. Once the back arm is adjusted and comes down she will have a good two handed grip and follow through with a powerful swing at the potential assailant. Maybe I\'ll have to rethink.
