Im generally sure this is supposed to be an rp world. yet i hear OOC, Am i mistaken? I just thought id check here.

Yes, it is supposed to be an RP game and OOC chat should be kept as minimal as possible. In the public chat OOC chat should be put into brackets [], {} or (). If you get spammed with OOC chat in public places, you should inform these people about the game rules and help them understanding, what this game is about.

Continuing an DarcosWolf\'s post, if this is a Roleplaying game how come the NPCs don\'t speak Roleplaying-ish? I ask them, \"how are you\" and they say, \"reponse to how you 0, 100\". What does that mean?

Ack.
They usually would respond in-character, but the server update recently added a new NPC speech system, and apparently for that NPC, something wasn\'t configured right, or hasn\'t been worked on at all yet.. so be patient, it\'s being worked out!

This is a bug. Check the names of NPCs who respond so in the thread here. If you find new NPCs with the same response, add their names to the end of that thread.
