Greetings to all, I have recently founded a site for those of you who are looking to find a guild, new members, or advertise your own guild.
It is an ideal place to advertise your guild, you can register you guild on the frontpage and get it listed on the site. Not only that, we will give you a free website and forums to give your guild a place to call your own, (Forums are phpbb and you have full control of them and the site.)
If you are looking for a guild you can easily find one to suit your wishes and goals with our easy to use Guild listing. From this listing you can contact the guilds and visit their sites.

The site also offers useful information for if you are planning to start a guild of your own, get advice from other guild masters and learn how to build your guild.

Aye, it has a lot more functionality and looks cleaner and neater :) Kada\'s used the same system.

Kada\'s used the same underlying system but what made it cool was being able to add your character.. I don\'t see that on Sov\'s. Maybe I\'m not looking hard enough?

Also, php-nuke is hell for security. Wait a few months and it\'ll be haxxored.

In other news, you can\'t use the planeshift logo without permission from talad since the official logo implies an official site.

it does look better...for communicating...
However guildlisting.com is definitely better if you want to just see a very well put, easy for the eye, table of guilds, their website, logo, alignement, purpose, and number of players.

I have permission from Talad to use the Planeshift logos and images, as I have included a copyright notice in the footer on all pages.

Thank you all for visiting and posting, please keep checking back for more updates, and register up your guilds :)

Also im giving away free sites and forums, i dont think anyone yet has done that.

Maybe I missed the point, but why should a guild register there, if a quite up-to-date guild listing already exists? No need to re-invent the wheel. ;) I would have understood it, if the existing list would be outdated, but it isn\'t.

The good point, however, is, that you offer free website and forums for new guilds. (Just as a hint: php-nuke \"might\" be a bit insecure.) :)

yes i do now realize there is a similar listing, however, my site is aimed at newer guilds, as you mention with the site and forums, something which a new guild wouldnt have.

I do realize the potential problems with phpnuke, and i am doing something about it.

I think your website looks better than the guildlisting website and that it has more potential. The only problem is that your hosting seems a bit slow. Or maybe it\'s just very popular :P
