Can't resize shortcuts window

I made the shortcuts window so little that i can\'t resize it again. And not only me, i asked and an advisor told me that it happened same to him.

Any solution to reset the size or something?

Go to your planeshift directory then data, then gui.

Edit a file named shortcutwindow.xml

Try to make that line look as follows:
