NO MIRRORS WORK

I\'ve been trying to get this game to work for a few months now. I just downloaded the new version, but when i ran the updater it shows that all the mirrors failed, and says \"ran out of mirrors! game cannot be updated\" ... any suggestions?

If you\'re behind a proxy/router/etc, you may need to tell the updater how to get through.  Also, check that you have the right mirrors list.  It\'s all in the updater sticky that you should read.

i looked at the sticky and i think i need to change them sites or whatever. it says i can edit it with wordpad and stuff but i dont exactly get how?

Right-click on the file you want to edit, and choose something like \"Open with...\" and browse to find either notepad or wordpad of some other basic text editor. Then make the changes, and save :)

ok i change the mirror URLs with the URls on the updater sticky, but i get the same message. Then i figured it doesnt need to be updated (does it?) so i just tried to run the game and it has the fragnetics failed crap...so i still need help ...and how do i tell the updater that im behind a proxy? how do i know if i am? ... i use AOL.....thnx for all help

Ah, you don\'t have a real ISP...  I don\'t know anything about getting PS to run through AOL.  Anyone know what evil voodoo might be required?

And, for the billionth time, yes, the game needs to be updated.  Just because you \"just installed\" doesn\'t mean anything.  You need to get the updater working, nonetheless.
