How do I sign up?

I download Planeshift.

I am presented with a login screen. I realize I do not have an account, so I go to the site.

No way to sign up. Totally confused.

Do tell me.

The Downloads section on the main PlaneShift website offers instructions:

To play PlaneShift you have to download one of the files below depending on your platform, and then register a new account.

After filling in and submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with a link to the activation page. If there is a problem with account activation, check these two threads.

Funny thing is, I just found out seconds before you posted. But I have another issue.

I validated my account, and now it asks for a password. Simple.

I put a password in, and it simply says \'Your Password cannot be longer than 32 charaters\'. Yes, it spelled characters wrong, too.

But my password was no longer than 32 characters. As a matter of fact, it was 7.

A little assistance on this?

Woi. Are you sure that there are no spaces or hidden characters around?

There were no spaces or hidden characters. I retyped it a few times, and it showed the same error.

But after your post I decided to exit the window and retry it. I put in the same password, and it worked. Jolly!

I just ran the game, and the \'Fragnetics\' server appears to be unreachable. I am guessing this is a matter of not having the right version, so I\'ll go right ahead and fix that up. 0.3.004, it appears.

0.3.004..? Wow :) We\'re on 0.3.013 right now. Where did you find that download?

Apparantly I had downloaded PS quite a long time ago.

So, actually, I\'ll try to redownload the whole thing altogether. Toodles.
