As to the bartender, Hyuken Servent is parked there perminantly. I just have to find time to play him between work and sleep.
I find bartending fun, as Hyuken has so many funny stories to tell about his mishaps, and about how 'the Boss' treats him. And there is always 'The Quest' for those brave enough. (Done tell the boss)

You can see them in the map loading screen in the lower right part, and in the message window as first system entry; also you can type the command "/tip".

You misunderstand and so did I. I thought you were talking about the forums, not the game loading screen. I thought that there might be a place for "tips of the day" to be posted on the forums and that I some how missed . I do, in fact know the tips of the day on the loading screen when logging on to planeshift. Thanks LigH and sorry about the confusion.

I wonder how difficult it would be to stream music, for when a you play an instrument so that we all hear it. Could have some way of temporarily up loading it to the server and then each client could elect to play the music or not.

You can't really stream music, for bandwidth limitations, let alone copyright problems when you allow arbitrary content streaming. Furthermore, we all know that there will be, in no time, be people playing their favourite Metal songs all over PS, rendering the place a quite un-RP exerience.

Anyway, I agree that it is hard to RP music well, both on the performer's and the receiver's part, though with a good description and a believable overall RP it does work, especially if the performer does have lyrics to go with it.
