It definately shows off the PS world. I love the part where the female Ynwnn goes after the dwarf and then then she's running away from the rogue :D

Yeah it was chainmail xP All the actors on my server had full GM access, so Sisilam spawned herself some armor.

:( The video crashes any other DirectShow Media Player except VLC (which uses own decoders). :(

Looks like the OGM container is not valid. After re-multiplexing the file with VirtualDubMod to a Matroska Video (MKV), it then worked well with MediaPlayer Classic (by Gabest), ffdshow and Haali Media Splitter.

I wonder why you used "DIV3" (the old buggy DivX 3 codec) as setup for the VLC video encoder. I would probably have preferred XVID or even AVC1 (H.264)...

Tell me next time you do these things, so I can join in. I'm tired of missing out on all the fun stuff. At least talk about it a little before making it, instead of hiding it from the public. It's a cool video, I just wish to be a part of it.

Great job JosePhoenix! We need more of these movies people!
By the way, what program did you use to capture the movie?
PS has a built in filming feature, but it creates gigabytes size files, so it's not really usable.

Yeah, nuppelvideo sucks :P I used fraps for this. Slows it down alot, but not as much as csmovierecorder... plus, I'm used to slow frame rates :X
So it was a mix of psclient (obviously) + fraps (for recording) + VLC (putting the planeshift music into mp3) + Adobe Premiere 6.5 (editing and suchlike) + Macromedia Flash 8 (making the credits, and then the player) + virtualdub and VLC again to make the OGM

But did you buy Fraps? Because I always thought you have to pay to make fraps record longer than 1 minute or something.

Nice vid. I didn't understand what was happening half the time, but some of the shots like the statue to deathrealm shot were great. Nice going! :thumbup:
