Runtime Error

I have been running in to this error.

I started getting it while playing, then when I tried to log in with a character, and finally while trying to start up the program.  I don't think it is related to any of the already posted fixes.  Can anyone please help me so that I may get back to playing as soon as possible.

Post vastly more info.  We aren't psychic.  What CPU, OS, graphics card, RAM, etc?  Update your graphics card drivers.  Have you correctly followed the installation instructions.  Does it happen all the time now?  And, you could play before?  Have you tried reinstalling the game clean?

I'm sorry, I thought that it was implied that I have played before.  I have been online before since the new client was available and did download it properly.  I tryed fixing it by deleting camera.xml, but that didn't work.  I then tried running the updater, but that didn't fix the problem.  I don't think the problem is my video card since the problem just started occuring.  I already did explain how it started happening.
I haven't yet tryed restarting the computer, but I will try that now.

That should be a knee-jerk reaction to anything going slightly wrong.  Windows is a peice of crap, and you need to reboot to deal with almost anything.  When in doubt, reboot.
