Another error problem

Ok, heres the deal. I'm loading Planeshift, and a errorpop up comes up, and it says Planeshift_Version_Jul 11 2006_Addr6969CDAO. Could someone please help me with this I really really don't want to delete this game and never play it.

well aside from the obivious of have you applied the patch, rebooted etc.
it should say a bit more then what you are giving us. give is the whole error messahe.

Ive installed patch, updated till I couldn't upatwe no more. I do not know whats wrong.

I dont know how I can tell you more? Thats what it says. I don't know why it happens only that it happens randomly (mostly during character creation and and while staring games. Can someone please help me! I'm about two minutes from deleting this game and forgetting that I ever found it!

calm down, will ya? Find some patience and wait a day, someone more knowledgable on the subject will hopefully turn up and give you your answer. If this problem is not one that happens to everyone, then obviously something is happening with your computer. Maybe it would be a good idea to post your system specs?

My only suggestion that might work is to reinstall the game, ive heard that helps some people with certain bugs, dont know whether this might be one of them though

I'v re-dowloaded it and re installed twice and still deosnt work. Iv searched on these forums for soemone who posted a similar error code, and it's only me. Which completely sucks.  this is like the seventh I had post my system specs

comp specs look good. If youve posted those before then im guessing someone else probably already asked to you download the latest drivers, if you havent already.

otherwise, im no programmer or dev, im not sure I could be much of any use. My advice: try fooling around with some settings in pssetup.exe . Maybe something is contradicting a default option? I dont know. If you cant even run pssetup then I have no clue.

All my drivers are up to date. Iv reinstalled re down loaded it. It seems nothing works. I dontknow whats wrong, its really really annoying.
