Levrus and other NPC glitched

Can someone tell me how to fix this?? Levrus doesn't even talk to me  when I talk to him. Yes, I've tried everything. Apparently all NPC's with a last name are broken :( :@#\ :@#\

This has been a known issue for a while. Please wait patiently for the fix, and try to find player merchants for the time being.
