Yeah, I just downloaded it with my laptop, it has all the requirements, updated the graphics driver card [its a ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600], and lets see...

And the other thing is, the updater worked only once and after that, the updater, the game and setup won't open due to that error.

If you know how to do fix it, how then, otherwise should I reinstall? I downloaded it from Windows Mirror #3.

Try uninstalling completely, making sure you have no PlaneShift folders left over, then reinstall and repatch and reupdate.

Alright it's working now, thanks. But for future reference if anyone is having these errors, after using the uninstall, make sure you go to <Start> and go to <Search> and  search 'Planeshift'. Delete those files if there are any. Before you re-install, if you don't have IZarc or any other decompresser program, download that (but i recommend IZarc as it supports many types of files and that program worked for me). From there, install the game again and when it's done, PLEASE BECAREFUL and DO NOT RUN THE UPDATER YET, you'll also need the other updater Patch to 0.3.015b [unless they made future patches]. Make sure you download that file into your Planeshift Crystal Blue file and when finished, right click but do not let windows decompress it, use your decompressor program to decompress it. After that, NOW you may use the updater.

If done correctly, while you watch it update, it shouldn't say that the updater is taking you to another website to download it and you see the blue and red bars working, otherwise you did it wrong.
