As far as blueray or hddvd go, why bother? Dl it legally to the hard drive of your pvr (mythtv sounds pretty good) multi terrabit machines are not to hard to put together these days. Your main problem will be getting the drm-free version.

As for cd vs vinyl is a digital scratch really as good as a vinyl scratch? What are the DJ's to do if they can no longer wow us with their platter proficiency?

Bilbous, you talked about a band you liked, and then you said that you prefer vinyl to CD.  I then made a comment related to vinyl versus CD.  That isn't ignoring the substance of your post, it's replying to one topic of your post but not another.  There's a big difference.

Yet again, you're using troll tactics.  You're accusing me of things you yourself are guilty of in an attempt to distract from the argument and create a flame war.  I asked you simple, direct questions in reaction to ambiguous statements that you had made.  You refused to answer them and instead you started making personal attacks.  When I disagreed with something you said, I tried to explain my reasoning and provide proof when I could.  Instead of reading what I had to say and responding to it, you ignored it and continued to insult me personally.

Instead of addressing the points I made and the evidence I gave, you decided to push that nothing I wrote mattered because I don't have a million dollar studio and 20 years of experience.  If that isn't ignoring the substance of my posts, then I don't know what is.  When I said that you were being rude and that you should make an effort to be more polite, you then decided to try to paint me as the one causing trouble.

I'm pretty much going to post here one last time, and then whatever end this thread has is up to the people posting here.

If your post is discussing another individual here and not a more general topic of debate, you're very nearly if not already breaking our forum rules. Turn to PMs. If you can't solve something using PMs, don't get into public arguments over he-said-she-said.

Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.
