No, maybe, I agree, no, no.

I actually can\'t get contacts.. Firstly, I can\'t stand things touching my eyes, I also get quite bad hayfever, and the eyedrops can\'t be used with contacts. So I\'d only be able to wear them for a few months of the year.

i don\'t know how long you have tried it or if you have ever tried contacts. but really. i\'m a multiallergic(including hayfever). I\'ve used contacts for 2 years and it only bothered me the first month. i\'ve gotten numerous of different eyedrops since which of most of them could be taken without taking out contacts. there also exists extremely many different types of lenses which all have different properties. the economic win could also be considered as lenses have grown very cheap compared to good glasses. oh dear i\'ve written too much. bye. :)

.. Yes. Thank you for that, there\'s still the issue of putting them in.

Putting them in is easy. It\'s getting the bits of them out when they occasionally break inside your eye that\'s difficult. :)

In the whole two years I have had contacts I have never had them break in my eyes like you have discribed Xordan.

Though I have lost one by trying to put it in and having accidently fall down the sink drain. :/
I've been outside, it's overrated and the graphics suck!

I guess it depends on the type of lense you use. Mine are really thin for comfort, and are daily lenses not meant for use over 3/4 of a day so they aren\'t that strong.

I\'ve been using contacts for nearly 15 years now and like zorbels have  lost a fair few by dropping them but if they start to tear you tend to notice the minute you put them in.

so my advice Kii is to go for it as once you get over the initial finger in the eye fear you\'ll never go back :)

edit:
never had that problem of not being able to get it out it\'s  usually the reverse
